Paradise First Aid is the preferred training provider for many small, medium, and large organisations across the Gold Coast and South East Queensland. Our proven track record over the past 12 years delivering fun, engaging, and up to date training provides confidence to our Preferred Provider Organisations and their people.

With three permanent Gold Coast training centres and in-house training capabilities, Paradise First Aid provides training to around 20,000 participants every year. An independent study of training providers found that 96.5% of participants would recommend Paradise First Ais as a training provider (the national average was 93.4%).

What is our Preferred Provider Program?

Our Preferred Provider Program is designed for organisations who regularly send staff or students to any of our training courses. It is an opportunity for a relationship between you and us that is based on the premise that you choose Paradise First Aid as your preferred first aid training provider.

Discounted public course rates
Instead of paying the standard course rate for our most popular courses, you are entitled to reduced rates across our four main training courses (Provide CPR, Provide First Aid, Provide an Emergency First Aid Response in an Education & Care Setting, and Low Voltage Rescue)

Train now, pay later
You are automatically entitled to a 14-day credit account. No payment required upfront like standard bookings.

No Cancellation or Reschedule Fees
Staff member cant attend their scheduled course? No problem, as long as you provide 24 hours notice there are no cancellations or reschedule fees.

Dedicated training coordinator
Deal with one person. Our dedicated training coordinator will be your point of contact for all booking and certificate issuing enquiries.

Client portal
Never lose a certificate again! Access to our client portal allows you to view your staff/student training activities and download certificates 24/7.

How to become a preferred provider organisation?

As the title suggests, your organisation makes a commitment to use Paradise First Aid as your preferred First Aid and CPR training provider – but don’t worry, there’s no lock-in contract to sign! Your organisation simply needs to have 30 or more staff/students to take part in training each year and be registered in our Preferred Provider Program.
