Our motto, ‘Partnering with Confidence’ is as true today as it was when we signed up our first training partner Lyn over five years ago, who we’re pleased to say continues to partner with us to this day. Starting and managing a first aid training business can be daunting, made no easier by what is fast becoming a cut throat industry.

How do First Aid Partnership Agreements Work?

As a Registered Training Organisation, Paradise First Aid is pleased to offer Partnership Arrangements to organisations and individuals who wish to deliver nationally recognised first aid training as a first aid co provider.

To deliver nationally recognised training, such as Provide First Aid and Provide CPR, providers must be a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), or be in a Partnering Arrangement with one. Our Partnership Program allows your business to deliver first aid training as a first aid co-provider under the auspices of Paradise First Aid as the lead RTO. All literature such as workbooks, question papers and powerpoints are provided to you and certificates are issued by Paradise First Aid.

Innovative Student Management System

Over the past 12 months we have invested in one of the most sophisticated student management systems available on the Australian market. This cloud based system is accessible to partners and trainers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to:

  • Register courses and learners
  • Book courses and email confirmations to clients & students
  • Create USIs
  • Verify USIs
  • Email copies of certificates direct to learners
  • Send email notes to learners
  • Send SMSs to learners
  • Send training reminders when refresher training is due
  • Make notes and follows ups for learners and prospective clients
  • Communicate with Paradise First Aid using course notes
  • View calendar of all courses conducted

Online Trainer Portal

Access training and assessment resources quick and easily via our on-line trainer portal. Have you ever arrived at a course without enough questions papers? No problem … login and print some more, then and there! Submit professional development evidence using the online form. Order workbooks and other supplies.

Fast Certificate Issuing

Having access to our student management system means that the time it takes to issue certificates is dramatically reduced. Generally you will have electronic copies of certificates ready to be emailed to learners within 24 hours of submitting a correctly entered course (weekdays, workload permitting). Hard copies of certificates and plastic wallet cards are then posted direct to you ready for distribution to your clients. Worried about the extra work of writing up addresses on envelopes? Worry not … aXcelerate has that covered!

Co-Branding of Certificates

We want you to grow and expand your business as much as you do! With our certificate co-branding, your logo and contact details are added to each and every certificate

Online Certificate Validation

One of the security features of our certificates is the online validation system. By entering in some simple information from the certificate, learners and employers can use this system to validate a certificate instantly.

Dedicated Partnering Program Coordinator

If you have any queries just phone Jo, the Queen of partnering administration! Jo is available Mon to Fri from 8.30 am to 2.30 pm with Anna, Ella and Andy able to support you outside of these hours.

Pay for Completed Learners Only

No upfront fees to purchase training resources. That’s right! Only pay for students you have delivered training to. Once your course has been processed you will receive an invoice with 14 day terms. This is a great benefit when managing your cash flow. Payments can be made by EFT or credit card.

Need a Website?

We have recently invested over $7000 in the development of a partnering website. We have two versions of the website available, one with online booking functionality and other without. Save your time and money by purchasing a fully functional website at a fraction of the cost!

Professional Development – We love to learn!

At Paradise First Aid we are dedicated to ensuring that all our trainers and partnering organisations have access to professional development activities. We run twice-yearly events along with multiple webinars during the year, all of which are free to attend.

Partnering organisations also receive membership of the National Institute of First Aid Trainers (NIFAT) where they can continue their professional development, gain up-to-date industry information and receive discounted pricing to the National First Aid Trainers Conference
